We had a water drainage problem that was causing runoff to reach the foundation of the house where it had begun to leach through the concrete. After being let down by two other contractors, each of who backed out before starting any work, we finally met Chris with North Georgia Crawlspace. He reviewed our situation, waterproofed the exterior of the house that was being exposed to water and installed a french drain, despite it being where the electrical and communications lines entered the building, and installed another french drain in the crawlspace as well as encapsulated it. Chris’s crew, Greg and Josh, were hard workers and completed a first rate job. We’re thankful we finally met Chris and his team.

I can't thank North Georgia Crawlspace enough. They were professional, accurate, and incredibly knowledgeable, never once attempting to sell me anything. Aquaguard and Crawlspace Ninja both provided estimates ranging from $28,000 to $45,000. North Georgia Crawlspace came in way under those estimates and fixed everything correctly. Chris and his team did an excellent job on my crawlspace! We were getting ready to sell and I needed someone to come quick, and Chris did just that! He does not try and sell you the extra stuff, but recommends what is needed to save you down the road! He really cares about his customers and provides the best customer service. NGC worked overtime to make sure everything was set for our closing and our basement was set. I highly, highly recommend Chris and NGC for all your crawlspace needs!

So happy I decided to encapsulate my crawl space and very happy I had North Georgia Crawlspace do the job. Chris responded and got me an estimate within 24 hours. He responded the first day I called and sent 2 of his team out to preinspect and take pictures. Except the day before our visit we found out there was a humidity problem causing mildew inside. Chris and his team quickly evaluated the problem and presented a solution. They scheduled a time that worked with our schedule to get the necessary work completed. Chris from North Georgia Crawlspace was a pleasure to work with! We have a house with a high humidity issue, close to a creek, and wanted to get the crawlspace encapsulated to help with the issue. He encapsulated it and added a dehumidifier, and due to being in a flood plane, added a drainage system and sump pump. His work was top notch, and the price for the value was fair. They made suggestions that were not taken into consideration by the contractor to ensure we would remain dry in the basement. Chris met me on the jobsite with some 6mil plastic that I needed to protect the structure from the elements. He did this on his own terms and didn't charge me.
